Space survival, robots, missions to Mars — there’s nothing on Earth like the Cosmosphere. Our overnights are popular with scouts and other youth groups because we go above and beyond exploring the great outdoors. We explore the universe.

Explore the Cosmosphere

We’re a world-class space museum with a planetarium, real rockets, and visiting astronauts. But we’re more than that. We’re a science center staffed with educators ready to help you on your mission to prepare the next generation of leaders and explorers.

Train Like Astronauts

We offer hands-on adventure and learning experiences, from building robots to lunar landings to pulling Gs in the centrifuge. Youth train like astronauts and emerge from the experience with leadership skills.

Plan Your Visit

We offer ready-made programs for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, 4-H, church groups, and more. Open weekends can be reserved and customized for your group. Registration is required two weeks in advance for group rate discounts. Programs typically run from check-in at 12:30 pm on Saturdays to 11 am on Sundays.
