Join the Cosmosphere on Wednesday, July 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the Grand Lobby as we welcome Vickie Kloeris, a space chef, food scientist, speaker, and author.
Kloeris recently retired from NASA, where she worked in space food systems for 34 years. For 29 of those years, she served as the NASA manager of first the Shuttle and then the International Space Station food systems. She will give a presentation on her career at NASA and discuss her book, Space Bites: Reflections of a NASA Food Scientist. She will have a book signing immediately after her presentation.
This presentation is free to the public. Kloeris’s book, Space Bites, will be available in the Cosmosphere’s Gift Store.
