This notice is to inform you that, if you plan to visit the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center from May 24 – May 26, 2013, you could become part of a film being produced to celebrate the achievement by Bezos Expeditions to recover Apollo F-1 engines, and the conservation of the engines taking place at SpaceWorks.
Please read the information below before visiting the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center or the Apollo F-1 Conservation Project Observation Gallery.
The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center, and its Observation Gallery (collectively, the “Cosmosphere”) are being used to photograph and record video and film footage in connection with the Film described below:
Film (Working Title): “The Search for the F-1 Engines from Apollo 11” (the “Film”)
Production Date(s): May 24, 2013 – May 26, 2013
Production Location(s): Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center, and its Observation Gallery
By your presence in the Cosmosphere, you acknowledge, on behalf of yourself and your minor child, if any, as his/her parent or guardian, that you have been informed that you or your minor child, if any, may be photographed and recorded as part of the Film.
Further, by your presence in the Cosmosphere, you, on behalf of yourself and your minor child, if any, as his/her parent or guardian, authorize Zefram LLC (“Producer”), Producer’s agents, successors, assigns and designees, to record you or your minor child’s, if any, name, likeness, image, voice, sound effects, interview and performance on film, tape, audio, digital media or otherwise (the “Recording”), edit such Recording as Producer may desire, and incorporate such Recording into the Film, any versions of the Film and all related materials thereof, including but not limited to promotion and advertising materials, in any media and manner throughout the world. It is understood and agreed that Producer shall retain final editorial, artistic, and technical control of the Film and the content of the Film. Producer may use, and authorize others to use, the Film, any portions thereof and the Recording in all markets, manner, formats and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Producer, and Producer’s successors and assigns, shall own all right, title and interest, including the copyright, in and to the Film, including the Recording and related materials, to be used and disposed of, without limitation, as Producer shall determine in its sole discretion.
If you or your minor child are asked to be interviewed and you agree, for yourself or on behalf of your minor child, to be interviewed for the Film, then the film crew will have you sign an additional appearance release form.
If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or appear under these conditions, please do not visit the Cosmosphere during this time. You are welcome to return to the Cosmosphere during its normal business hours starting on May 27, 2013. Thank you for your cooperation.
